Sail the Ghost Ship’s policy on coverage:

Sail the Ghost Ship is accepting all materials for review from all genres. However, we do receive a great deal of materials from both prominent and independent publishers, vendors, artists, and film production companies. Because of this, we cannot promise that everything sent to us will be reviewed.

Solicited material:

All solicited material will be reviewed. If we ask you for it, it will be covered.

Unsolicited material:

We will attempt to cover every album that is sent to us, but we can’t always get to everything. If we choose to review your materials for the site or interview one of our artists, you will be notified via email (so please include an email address where you can be reached). As with solicited material, we ask that you give us one month from time of receipt. We often review them well before this time, but would like to establish for ourselves an appropriate buffer to allow for unforeseen circumstances.
